Shakir Hussain is a user support specialist at Northwestern University in Qatar. Along with the other members of the support team, he ensures that the technology needs of staff, faculty and students are met. He also manages the IT Student Assistant Program.
Hussain has been at NU-Q since since 2010 after he graduated with a degree in information systems from Carnegie Mellon University. During his time at CMU, he was involved with various research, development and teaching projects with the computer science and information systems departments.
