Studio Building
Entrance to the NU-Q studio building is only permitted through the main entrance, located by the security reception on the west side of the building. All other doors are deemed as fire exits only.
Use of the door adjacent to the cage is permitted for the movement of equipment to vehicles. Opening of this door is permitted only from inside the building. Individuals are requested to enter through the main entrance and open the door only when moving equipment.
Visitors Policy
Visitors are welcome to join NU-Q students, faculty and staff in the studio building.
Prior to 9:00 p.m., any visitor will be permitted to enter the studio to join with an NU-Q student, group or study.
After 9:00 p.m., all visitors will be required to sign the visitor register and provide a valid form of ID. A visitor badge will be provided and an NU-Q sponsor will be required to co-sign the visitor register.
NU-Q individuals booking edit suites or spaces for group work are required to provide the names of all non-NU-Q individuals when making the reservation. NU-Q individuals will act as the sponsor of these visitors and sign them in on the visitor register. Visitors will not be permitted to remain in the studio without the presence of their NU-Q sponsor.
