Evanston Communication Exchange Program
Students who are a pursuing the BS degree in communication can participate in the Evanston Communication Exchange Program during spring semester of their junior year, where they study at Northwestern's home campus, located near Chicago in Evanston, Illinois, USA.
Eligibility
In order to participate in the exchange program, the student:
- will participate in the exchange program during the spring of his/her junior year
- must have a 3.0 GPA at the time of application and at the time of application review
- is a full-time student (with 3 or more units) when the student applies
- completed four full-time semesters at the time of application
- completed five full-time semesters at the beginning of the exchange program
- earned junior standing (15 units according to NU-Q bulletin) by the time the program begins
- completed all MIT major requirements for the first two years of the program prior to the exchange program
- must be in good standing, which is defined as:
- not on academic probation
- no incompletes
- no registration holds
- no current academic integrity investigations
Note: Eligibility terms may vary every year. Any disciplinary actions, past violations of academic integrity, or other issues, may disqualify a student regardless of his/her other qualifications.
